Third Room Therapy is a Boutique, Concierge Practice

Being a private-pay practice allows me to provide responsive, individualized care guided by your needs, goals, and progress—not an insurance company’s requirements.

Using insurance typically requires a diagnosis for coverage, which becomes part of your health record and may have implications beyond therapy. Insurance companies generally require the sharing of certain clinical and billing information as well. Although healthcare providers, health plans, and other involved organizations are required to safeguard this information, some clients prefer to limit the number of third parties involved in their care.

Private pay offers greater flexibility to address relationship distress, emotional disconnection, life transitions, and personal growth without shaping therapy around reimbursement criteria. Together, we determine the focus, frequency, and duration of treatment based on clinical judgment and what will best support your progress.

But I do offer reduced therapy rates based on a sliding scale & offer you may be able to get reimbursed using Thrizer. See below.

You pay the full session fee upfront, and once your claim is processed, your reimbursement is determined by your plan’s coverage.
